# Configurable Settings

> General, MRR metrics configuration, data scope, visibility, and recalculation in Analytics.

# Configurable Settings

The **Settings** page allows admins to configure how Analytics works.

It includes four tabs:

* **General** – manage base settings such as currency and product scope
* **MRR Metrics Configuration** – adjust how selected MRR-related metrics are calculated
* **Data Scope Adjustment** – exclude users or plans that should not affect analytics results
* **Metrics Visibility Settings** – choose which sections and fields are shown in reports

Some changes require recalculation before updated results appear in Analytics.

## General

The **General** tab contains basic Analytics settings, including:

* **Base Currency**
* **Current Product**

Use **Save** to keep changes.\
If a change affects analytics results, use **Apply and Re-calculate** to update the reports.

## MRR Metrics Configuration

The **MRR Metrics Configuration** tab allows admins to adjust how selected MRR-related metrics are interpreted in Analytics.

It includes settings for:

* **New MRR Calculation**
* **Reactivation and Churn Calculation**
* **Refund Adjustment Calculation**
* **Discount Adjustment Calculation**

These settings help businesses align Analytics with their own reporting preferences.

## Data Scope Adjustment

The **Data Scope Adjustment** tab controls which records should be included in Analytics.

It includes options such as:

* **Email Domain Exclusion**
* **Email Exclusion**
* **Non-Recurring Adjustment**
* **Analytics Scope Exclusion**

This is useful for removing internal, test, or non-business records from analytics reports.

## Metrics Visibility Settings

The **Metrics Visibility Settings** tab controls which sections and fields are displayed in Analytics pages.

Settings can be configured for different report areas, such as:

* **MRR**
* **ARR**
* **Net Revenue**

This helps teams simplify reports and focus on the metrics that matter most.

## Recalculation

Some Settings changes do not take effect immediately.

When a change affects calculation logic or data scope, Analytics may need to run a background recalculation before updated results appear in reports.

Use **Apply and Re-calculate** when needed.
