The Promo Credit feature in UniBee billing enables you to organize promotional campaigns and incentivize your users effectively. UniBee Promo credits are not fiat money and cannot be withdrawn or used outside of the billing system. Instead, they are applied as discounts directly to user invoices. Key Points:
  • Promo credits are not real currency: They cannot be withdrawn or used outside the UniBee billing system.
  • Use cases: Ideal for creating promotions, rewarding loyal users, or offering compensation.

Enable Promo Credits

  • Description:
    • Activates the promo credit system, allowing users to accumulate and use promo credits for payments.
  • Default: Enabled

Exchange Rate

  • Description:
    • Defines the conversion ratio between promo credits and currency.
    • Example: 1 promo credit = 10 EUR.
  • Fields:
    • Promo Credits: Number of credits.
    • Value: Monetary value.
    • Currency: Selected system currency (e.g., EUR, USD).
  • Action: Editable via the Edit button.

Allow Both Promo Credit and Discount Code in One Invoice

  • Description:
    • When enabled, users can apply both promo credits and discount codes to a single invoice.
