MRR

The MRR page provides a dedicated view of your monthly recurring revenue in Analytics. It helps you track recurring revenue over time, understand how MRR changes from month to month, and investigate the customer or plan details behind those changes. MRR in Analytics focuses on recurring subscription revenue. It is designed to help teams monitor revenue trends, review month-over-month movement, and better understand the recurring side of the business.

What you can do on this page

On the MRR page, you can:
  • review your recurring revenue trend over time
  • compare MRR across recent months
  • see a monthly breakdown of MRR-related movements
  • drill down into customer-level details for a selected month
  • review plan-level contribution to MRR
  • check customer count trends related to recurring revenue
  • customize which modules are displayed on the page

Main sections

The MRR page includes several sections that work together to support both high-level monitoring and detailed analysis.

Quick-view Cards

At the top of the page, quick-view cards highlight MRR values for the current month and selected historical periods. These cards provide a fast summary of recent recurring revenue performance.

MRR Trend

The trend chart shows how MRR changes over time within the selected date range. This helps users quickly identify growth, decline, or unusual movement in recurring revenue.

Monthly Breakdown

The monthly breakdown table provides a structured view of MRR-related movements by month. It is useful for understanding how recurring revenue changes over time and for reviewing the main components behind those changes.

MRR Detail

For a selected month, users can drill down into customer-level MRR details. This helps teams investigate individual records and better understand which customers, plans, or subscriptions contributed to the selected result.

MRR Customer Count

This section provides customer-related recurring revenue counts and classifications by month. It can help teams monitor how customer activity is changing over time.

MRR by Plans

This section shows how different plans contribute to total MRR. It is useful for identifying which plans drive the most recurring revenue.

Filters and drill-down

The MRR page supports filters such as date range, product, and plan, allowing users to narrow the analysis to a specific business scope. Users can also drill down from summary views into more detailed records for further investigation.

Display settings

The MRR page supports Display Settings, which allow users to choose which sections and metrics should appear on the page. This helps different teams tailor the page based on their reporting needs.

Notes

  • MRR reflects recurring revenue and does not represent one-time charges.
  • Values for the current month may continue to change before the month is complete.
  • Available sections and displayed metrics may vary depending on your Display Settings and Analytics configuration.

ARR

The ARR page shows annual recurring revenue in Analytics. It helps you monitor recurring revenue at the annual level, track ARR changes over time, and review ARR contribution by customers and plans. The page includes:
  • Quick-view Cards for key ARR summaries
  • ARR Trend for viewing ARR changes over time
  • ARR Movements for month-by-month ARR analysis
  • ARR by Customers for customer-level ARR contribution
  • ARR by Plans for plan-level ARR contribution
You can also use Display Settings to control which sections and metrics are shown on the page. Notes
  • ARR includes recurring revenue only.
  • One-time payments are not included.
  • Available metrics may vary depending on your Analytics settings.

Net Revenue

The Net Revenue page shows adjusted revenue in Analytics. It helps you review revenue trends, compare total revenue and net revenue, analyze plan contribution, and drill down into detailed records. The page includes:
  • Quick-view Cards for recent net revenue snapshots
  • Revenue Trend for viewing revenue changes over time
  • Monthly Breakdown for period-by-period comparison
  • Yearly Breakdown for annual summary
  • Revenue by Plans for plan-level contribution analysis
  • Revenue Detail for detailed record review
You can also use filters, export options, and Display Settings to tailor the page to your reporting needs.

NRR

The NRR page shows net revenue retention in Analytics. It helps you measure how recurring revenue from existing customers changes over time. NRR in Analytics follows the standard recurring-revenue definition. It excludes one-time payments, new customers, and reactivated customers in their reactivation month.

Main sections

The NRR page includes:
  • Quick-view Cards for recent NRR values
  • NRR Trend for viewing retention changes over time
  • Monthly Breakdown for Existing, Expansion, Contraction, Voluntary Churn, and Delinquent Churn
  • NRR Detail for customer-level drill-down from the monthly breakdown
  • NRR by Plans for plan-level retention analysis

Notes

  • NRR is calculated for existing customers only.
  • When plan filters are used, they define the customer cohort at the start of the period.
  • Values for the current month may continue to change before the month is complete.
