In the UniBee Report section, you can create and customize your own report templates. Once the template has been designed, you can download data formatted according to your personalized templates.

Create a Report Template

  1. On the “Report” page, click the “Add new template” button.
  2. Input the name for the new template and click “Submit”.
  3. Click “Add Matrix” to choose and add the matrix which you need in the report, The four types of Matrix are: Invoice, Product and subscription, Transaction and User information. Under each main category, you can continue to choose detailed data points.
  4. In the “Preview” sector, you can drag the data points and change the order. You can also click the trash bin icon to remove a data point.
  5. Click the “Save” button, you will save this report template.

Edit a Report Template

  1. In the billing report drop-down list, choose the template which you want to edit.
  2. You can adjust the report name.
  3. You can adjust the order of data points, and add or delete a data point in the Preview sector.
  4. Click the “Save” button, you will save the report template.

Delete a Report Template

  1. In the billing report drop-down list, choose the template which you want to delete.
  2. Click the “delete” button on the top right corner.
  3. Once you delete the report template, you cannot restore it.

Download a Report

  1. In the billing report drop-down list, choose the template which you want to use to download the report.
  2. In the “Settings” sector, you can choose the time zone for the report you will download.
  3. From the ”Report from/to” sector, you can specify the date range for the report.
  4. You can choose to include invoices that were paid within the selected time range or not.
  5. Select the report format.
  6. Click the “Export” button.
  7. Go to the “Tasks” sidebar to access your report.
