Advanced invoice management
On the main page of “Invoice” tab, you can see the list of all invoices, displaying information such as invoice id, payment amount, invoice type, invoice status, paid date, payment gateway, user name, user email, etc.
Invoice List View
1.Filter function:

Filter by user name

Filter by payment amount

Filter by invoice’s create time

Filter by invoice status
2.View invoice detail:

You can directly see the basic information of the invoice in the list.

Navigate to a specific invoice record, Click on the invoice ID in the leftmost column, you will enter a page to view the details of this invoice record, you will see not only the basic information but also the invoice item, which details the payment breakdown. Additionally, there will be a PDF file of the invoice available for download or viewing.

Edit Invoice
- By clicking on the first button in the “Action” column located at the right of the list, you can edit the invoice. The editing function is only available for invoices that have been manually created and have not been activated.
Download Invoice

By clicking on the “Download” button at the end of the “Action” column located at the right of the list, you can download the invoice.

On the invoice detail page, you can click the download button located at the top right corner of the invoice PDF file to download it.
Send invoice to user
- By clicking on the “Send Invoice” button in the “Action” column located at the far right of the list, you can send the invoice to the user.
Refund invoice
- For invoice records with a status of “paid”, you can click the “Create Refund Invoice” button in the “Action” column to initiate a refund. After clicking, you will be prompted to fill in the refund reason and refund amount, and upon completion, a refund invoice will be generated.
