On the user list, click a user record to enter the user info detail page.Navigate to the “Subscription” tab.If this user has no active subscription, you can click the “Assign Subscription” button and assign a subscription to a user.
Require payment: You can assign a subscription to a user without payment by unticking the “Require payment” option. This is often used to assign a subscription to internal users for testing purposes.
Payment method: Choose the payment gateway to be used for this subscription.
Promo Credits: If the user has available promo credits, you can apply them to the subscription. Simply enter the amount of credits to use and click “Apply”.
Discount Code: You can apply a discount code to the subscription by entering it and clicking “Apply”.
The modal will display a checkout summary showing:
Subtotal
Applied credits (if any)
Discount amount (if any)
Tax amount
Total amount
When you’re satisfied with the configuration, click “OK” to create the subscription. If payment is required, the user will receive an invoice.You can assign a subscription to a user with payment. Choose the plan (you can also choose an unpublished hidden plan) that you want to assign to the user, and choose the payment method, click “OK”.The user will receive an invoice if payment is required.
